| Shipping |
| Most items ship within 48
hours. We will notify you of any out of stock items before
processing your
order. We offer several shipping options for your convenience. You can
choose from Garuda Economy shipping for a flat rate of $8.95 (which may be
either FedEx Ground or USPS Priority mail), USPS
Priority or Express Mail. USPS
Priority Mail normally delivers in 2 to 3 days (after shipping), but offers no guarantee.
Express shipping guarantees delivery on the next day (after shipping) in most cities with
some outlying areas delivered on the second day. A signature is required
with Express Mail delivery, unless you notify us to waive the signature
requirement. Express Mail offers
delivery to most locations 365 days a year, but charges an additional
fee for Sundays and holidays. Insurance, up to $100, is included with Express
shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Shipping discounts are limited to addresses within the U.S. |

| Hot Weather Shipping -- 80 degrees or more: We recommend the addition of a Cold Pack and Express Shipping to an address where the package can be received for perishable items such as chocolate and vegan cheese. The Cold Pack is effective only with Express Shipping for next day delivery. If you add a Cold Pack and select Economy Shipping, the Cold Pack will still only last for 24 hours, (because it is, after all, just a Cold Pack and not a Magic Pack). We will do everything we can to make sure your package arrives in good condition, but please be advised we cannot assume responsibility for perishable items shipped in hot weather. |

| Returns & Exchanges |
| We try to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you may return purchased items in brand new condition - no scent retention and with tags attached - for a full refund or exchange, less shipping costs, within 30 days. If you return an item for exchange, we will pay the shipping on the new item. There is a 20% restocking fee on opened CDs. Returns received after 30 days and up to 60 days will be awarded an online credit certificate. For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on consumables and open containers but will correct any problems. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returns except for errors made by us. |
